A DUI arrest usually comes at a moment nobody was ready for financially. We work with Affirm to offer $0 down and no first month payment so representation can begin immediately, on the day you call.

What financing covers

Financing applies to attorney fees for the criminal case, the DMV administrative case, and any related motions or hearings. Court costs, DMV filing fees, and third-party costs (such as expert witness fees) are billed separately.

How to enroll

On your intake call, we walk you through the Affirm application. Most applicants receive a decision within minutes. If approved, representation begins the same day.

What if Affirm does not approve

We work with clients on flexible in-house plans. Call and ask. We do not turn cases away for financial reasons without exploring options first.
