What decides the outcome of a Florida DUI case
No two DUI cases end the same way, because the outcome turns on the evidence in that case. The questions that matter most are usually these:
- Whether the officer had a lawful reason to stop the vehicle
- How the field sobriety exercises were given and recorded
- Whether the breath or blood test followed the required procedures
- Your prior record, and whether anyone was injured
- What the video and the arrest report actually show
That is why we review the evidence before we talk about likely outcomes, and why we will not promise a result on the first call.
