How we handle a Florida DUI case
Every DUI case has two tracks: the criminal case and the administrative license case. Both start on the day of arrest. Both have deadlines. Our team files for the DHSMV formal review hearing within Florida's 10 day window, and works the criminal case in parallel. We do not let one track defeat the other.
We audit the stop, the field sobriety observations, the breath or blood test, and the arrest report. Where evidence has defects, we file motions to suppress. Where the state's case is strong, we negotiate from strength, not concession. Our attorney appears at pretrial hearings on your behalf whenever Florida rule permits.

Our Satellite Beach office serves Brevard County and the Space Coast. Our Orlando office serves Central Florida including Orange, Seminole, Osceola, and Lake counties. We also defend cases in Bay County (Panama City) and Broward County (Fort Lauderdale), with a dedicated phone line for each region.
